Appliances and furnishings:  fully equipped cottage with pine cathedral ceilings, Muskoka room, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite, television, DVD player, VCR, and CD player.

The chalet has a wrap-around deck, cathedral pine ceilings and a Muskoka Room to watch the wonderful sunsets. It has all the comforts of home, (washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave, satellite TV) an amazing view overlooking the lake and is still only 15 minutes from the Parry Sound shops, restaurants, movies and attractions, and minutes away from the Seguin snowmobile trail. A perfect getaway for a family and only a two and a quarter hour drive from Toronto. There is a garage, large parking area for snowmobiles. An assortment of toboggans, X-country skiis and boots of various sizes are provided.

Waterfront:  Lorimer Lake.

Skiing: The Georgian Bay Nordic Ski Club, Seguin Snowmobile Trail.

$1,750 per week during Christmas, New Year's and University Reading Week.
$1,200 per week during other times during Winter.
